The payment for other services shall be made according to the "Charges and tariffs for ground handling of aircrafts-operators Russian Federation fixed by JSC "Airport Irkutsk" (in accordance with Order Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation d.d 02/10/2000 №110).
The payment should be performed in US dollars at the Russian Federation Central Bank's rate as of the moment of service provision.
